I have been taught that I am the final decision maker in choices no matter what happens in life.   Well..  Indeed, it has been proved to be so right to a good extent.

I have surely had great joy, happiness, success and luck and also great tragedy, disappointment, mistakes and failures as well.

When I am faced with challenging times, I have been told I have control inside me to overcome them.

I have the power to make it or break it per se..   This teaching has been deeply sunken down into the bottom of my soul for a long time.

A few days ago, to my surprise, my daughter expressed the very same idea as mine mentioned above.   She said to me, “Mom, happiness is inside you, and you have the control over it as an acting agent.  External factors do not own you or your happiness.  It’s all inside of you.”    At the moment, I was quite amazed at my daughter to learn that she has acquired such great value and insight.

This has been the very essential lesson I have always yearned that my children would realize and keep throughout their lifetime.    It has finally arrived here to my joy and relief..   What a great lesson it is!

My daughter, let’s remember that we take control of our happiness in life regardless of what happens, both good and challenging.

* Make no mistake that a good balance of health, wealth and spiritual well-being cannot be emphasized enough as we all know.
